Starters
The McNess starter program offers both complete pelleted feeds plus grind and mix products which are divided into a phase feeding program for pigs weighing less than 10 pounds at weaning up to 50 pounds. Our starter feeding programs fit many different situations based on the nutritional needs of today's baby pigs, depending upon the age at which they are weaned. McNess starter products provide an extremely palatable, highly digestible, high nutrient diet during this very stressful period and critical time for the baby pig.

Grow/Finish Program
The McNess grower program is on the leading edge of nutrition to meet the needs of today's faster growing, leaner pigs. McNess grower premixes focus on the requirements for grower pigs by concentrating on the quantity of feed consumed and the impact of amino acids on lean growth. McNess emphasizes altering dietary lysine levels to match changes in feed intake and nutrient requirements along the pig's growth curve to improve lean growth, feed conversion and carcass leanness.

The McNess finisher program is based on the importance of nutritional accuracy and the substantial economic impact it has on your operation. Emphasis is being placed on accurately defining amino acid requirements for finisher pigs. McNess finisher premixes can accurately be used to match the nutritional needs of the pigs without reducing performance - average daily gain, feed conversion and carcass merit. McNess offers several finisher premix options containing various additives for performance improvements.

Sow Program
The McNess sow program manages the proper care of the sow during gestation, farrowing, and lactation to reach a goal -- a large litter of healthy pigs at birth that will remain healthy and grow rapidly. Care during this time must also prepare the sow for a successful repeat performance at the earliest time within the system of weaning and rebreeding used. McNess sow products are properly balanced and should be fed in recommended amounts so that newborn pigs are well developed and strong.
